HOW IT WORKS
Every completed real estate transaction or successful referral earns you a ballot.
You’ll receive:
- 1 ballot for every completed sale transaction (buying or selling)
- 1 ballot for every successful buyer and/or seller referral
- No limit to the number of ballots you can earn
ELIGIBILITY PERIOD
- Transactions must close between January 1 – December 31, 2026
- Ballots apply to the calendar year in which the deal closes
- Transactions closing in the following year apply to that year’s draw
- Leases do not qualify

January 13, 2027

Contest is open to Ontario residents 18 years of age or older. Ballots are earned through completed real estate sale transactions (buying or selling) or successful buyer/seller referrals that result in a completed sale between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
Leases/rental transactions do not qualify.
There is no limit to the number of ballots an individual may receive. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Grand Prize consists of one (1) $5,000 travel voucher. Prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. Additional prizes may be awarded.
The draw will take place on January 13, 2027. The selected winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize.
